Belterra Casino Resort

I LOVED staying here. The staff is super nice and really accommodating. It was kind of slow (I guess it is the "off season" right now) so there weren't very many people there. Food was amazing. Casino was great (I'm not much of a casino expert.) Basically i just wanted to go here to get away from everything and it was perfect. The only problem I had was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in my room (I'm a non- smoker.) That plus the fact That i could hear my neighbor's TV in my bathroom. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I will highly recommend this place to everyone i know!

This casino resort is a great way to get away for a few days and relax with gorgeous rooms! The rooms are large with Jacuzzis in the bathroom. There is a spa on the premises for massages, facials and other spa services. The 19 restaurant is to die for. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. Great for romantic dinners or quiet conversations with friends. There are several stores for shopping and a flower shop, coffee shop with gelati ice cream, pastries, snacks and much more. There is also a huge restaurant with a buffet that has so many choices of items and a great dessert bar! There's also a bar restaurant that you can have grill orders, drink and watch TV. The Casino itself is very nice because there are 2 floors with lots of slots and game tables.there's also a snack bar downstairs that is very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place. There is smoking at the casino which wasn't too great though. I'm not a smoker.

Great hotel and casino! Tons of table games and slots machines. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and 19 Steakhouse! Very nice.... rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, refrigerators in all rooms, double bathroom sinks, jet tubs and all around friendly service! Won't go wrong here. Word of caution, if you're a Baccarat player, you won't be happy. They don't have this game.

Steak on the buffet was terrible. I was waiting for my steak to be cooked, and I noticed the following : Employee, tall and spender with light colored facial hear taking orders, he was kind but completely ignorant. He subjected 10 clients that were standing there to get sick. How many others while I wasn't there ?? He would take an order, grab a raw and bloody steak while wearing gloves and place it on the grill. Then he would take a clean plate, with the same raw and bloody residue gloves, and place the cooked stake in a plate. With his bloody gloves planted all over it. When he handed me my plate, there was bloody hand prints and blood on the plate from his gloves all over. I come here to get steak but left disappointed. Will I come next Saturday, only if the problem has been fixed. I await management's response or I will have a formal complaint to health department first thing on Monday. Other people noticed it too after I pointed it out to them, they did not seem to he thrilled either.

This was only our 2nd visit, and we will be coming back again! We received an upgrade to a King Suite, what a gorgeous room. Only minor "complaint " would be a smoky smell in our non-smoking room. We dined in the buffet for dinner & breakfast, excellent food choices. Enjoyed some time in the casino, and was pleased that the smoke wasn't overwhelming. Overall our visit was a positive experience and we can't wait until our next chance to visit .
