Rising Star Casino Resort - Rising Sun

Decent buffet, a lot better than some of the other casinos in the area. Not a bad assortment of games on the casino floor. A non-smoking section down stairs for those that want it, although you do have to walk through smoking section to get down there. All in all a place you should check out if you are in the area and looking to go to a casino.

Just left the Rising star casino. Free concert , food and room for the weekend. Everybody that works there are super friendly. Stayed at the lodge. Not fancy but clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and very accommodating. We won at the casino which we always do here but even if we didn't we have so much fun! Thanks Rising Star!! Former French Lick Clients!!! P.s. the buffet was really good too!

The rising star casino is nice, very clean and open 24 hours a day. The food is delicious. It is easy to find and parking is simple. It was a great experience except I didn't seem to win. Lol. There are many floors which include a non-smoking floor. The rest of the floors permit smoking.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful for us as first timers. Our family has been going for years, and we finally decided to tag along. The prime rib at the buffet was wonderfully cooked, and we left with happy tummies. We signed up for the rewards program, and immediately received many perks and benefits we could use during our stay. Hotel room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back!

Talked to brenda at the hotel. She was very nice and helpful. We enjoy are time. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The buffet is great also. We will continue to come back. Nice little get away
