Beltline Hand Car Wash

I feel I paid way too much for an "ok" job. They guy left too many things undone. No attention to detail. Very disappointed. I feel I could have run my car through a mechanical car wash and it would have looked about the same. I hate to be negative as the owner seems very nice. His employee needed some more supervision or something.

Paid for a $125 complete detail job. He had it for 6 hours. It was not even vacuumed completely. Wax smeared on the car in several places. Rims were dirty, door jambs were not touched. Many places were not even wiped down. He said he was going to steam clean the inside of the engine and used a chemical method which has stained my plastic parts. A potential buyer commented on how bad the inside of my engine compartment looked. I should take legal action. I left it overnight and he made improvements but it was still not clean inside. Seats were not vacuumed. I hate posting bad reviews, but this guy is a rip off. Do not use.

Will never use Ramond Steel car wash again, took him 13 hours and two days to do a Showroom Detail on my Toyota Tundra including top to bottom front to back inside and out shampoo and wax. $ 145.00 latter I wanted to cry What I got was a drive through carwash deal and a halfass wipe down ...yes my tires are shiney..ladies please no..save your madness because HE doesn't care....😣

I brought my 08 Chevy tahoe to them for a full detail and wax because the local car washes were making swirl marks on my black truck.these guys did a awesome job they waxed my truck and detailed it now it's got that jet black look again and the swirl marks are gone" these guys are A1 highly recommend and I will be coming back to their services. Good people.
