Mister Car Wash

When they first opened I loved it. The guy's were also right out front where you vacuum and so willing to help if you needed it. They also had car refresher's no charge!!! This time it wasn't even busy, couldn't find anybody to help??? The only Workers I could see where the 2 running the actual washer!!!😞Did owners lay extra help off after y'all were established in the community? Well you lost my business and several other people I know of.

I went to the car wash today and it was the first time I had stopped by since it has changed names and owners. I must say I was extremely disappointed in the services compared to the previous business. When I pulled up to pay there was young lady at the pay kiosk who was helping customers with their order and she was very nice. My first hint things were different was when she asked if I wanted a towel and I said to dry the car off and she said yes that they no longer provide towels. I said sure and she said I could keep it and bring it back. After going through the tunnel I pulled up to the vacuums and realized real quick all the other supplies were gone- no rags, spray, air freshener, nothing. You cannot use one rag to do everything you need. If I need to bring my own supplies then I can do it at home. That was one of the great benefits especially if you were heading out of town. It's really a shame the price went up and the service went down. I will not be back unless I hear they have went back to the previous services.

Wow, what a different experience. For those that don’t know this has changed names and the change is not for the better. The old car wash showed what wash you were getting and that sign is gone. Your greeted by high pressure sales for an unlimited wash card. Don’t take the bait. That wash itself was not bad except the tire clean only covered half the tires. Then the really big changes. No towels or spray bottles (bring your own). No scent. No rubber mat cleaner. All this for 2 dollars more than the old set up. Looks like it’s time to find a new car wash!

I used to absolutely love this car wash under the previous management. It was almost an afternoon pleasure the service was so good. They used to have everything you needed from cloths, to cleaner, to air fresheners, all included. I was shocked when I pulled around and didn't see the baskets of window cleaner and microfiber cloths that were previously a staple. Now, I guess the one pitiful cloth they give you when you pull in and gleefully tell you is yours to keep is supposed to do the trick now. No more air fresheners. No more of the liquid spray and the short-bristle brush to scrub your floor mats before putting them in the machine. And no more of my patronage. Guess I'll go back to washing in the driveway.

Not a fan. I guess my wife and I were spoiled by the express wash that this was. $2 more isn’t that much in the big scheme of things, but when you pay more and get less, no. 1 small cloth and 1 wipe for an entire car does not work. If I need to bring my own supplies, I might as well wash the cars at home, which I will start doing. Not ever going back. I’m glad we didn’t join the wash club, it would have been a waste of money.
