Car Wash

Do not let them charge your card monthly. They don't want to quit charging when you tell them to. I've been charged for 2 months so for and can't get my money back. I can't use service any more due to work schedule.

WHAT NO NEGATIVE STARS? STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Your car might get damaged and they will blame it on you! Here is my review, I recommend not going to Zippy's Car Wash at 1980 US-431 Boaz, AL. Why you may ask? Here it is. I have a 2013 Camaro that I just bought, without a scratch or flake on it. I went through Zippy's on Tuesday at around 3pm , ran it through the wash and when finished I had bugs covering my bumper. I ask the young man if the had anything to put on it to wash the bugs off, and he said that he did. So he sprayed a chemical on my bumper, let it sit and then sprayed it off. By the time I drove from there to my house 10 miles away I had spots and paint flaked from my bumper. I called to make a complaint to see what they could do to fix it, and Mike (Manager I guess) called and stated they don't spray anything on the vehicles and finally said he'd check into it. Well today he calls me and again states we don't spray chemicals on cars that will do that. Then he said that his guys said it was there before they sprayed the chemical on it. How on God's beautiful green earth would this kid know there was even a black bumper under all the bugs. In conclusion, if you care about your vehicle and what it looks like after you get it washed at Zippy's Car Wash; well then you may want to find someone else to take it too because if there is anything that happens they will claim it was already like that before you took it through their car wash. I run a business, and too be honest we a a real company that cares about their customers. In which Mike doesn't give 2 cents. I spoke with a friend of mine who had fender damage and when she spoke with the manager about he stated it was like that when she came through. Looks like Zippy's is a not responsible for damage company. Wonder if they even carry insurance? Hmmmm... guess it wouldn't matter since your car came damaged to begin with. I am frustrated, my brand new vehicle to me that I baby and care for gets damaged by a bunch of crooks and they don't want to do nothing about it. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Your beautiful ride will get destroyed by this careless company.
