My first visit resulted in my F150 radio antenna being ripped from the truck and then beaten against the passenger from front to back. Filed an incident report with the manager, Derek, who gave me directions to a local body shop. I followed his directions with exactness and 2 months later my truck is still damaged and I can’t get anyone with the company to do anything about it. Customer service is not their priority. I have since canceled my unlimited membership. Not worth dealing with this company. They do not care about the customer. They only care about collecting money.

Cons: tailgate still dirty, vacuums weak, long wait, payment machine not working. 
Pros: Great staff, easier than me doing it, average price as other washes, close location.

We love this place , employees are super friendly every time we go and they are so helpful and the unlimited monthly prices are unbeatable , fast in and out and free vacuum every time !!!
