When I drove my pick up in this afternoon, the machine failed to blow the water off and the top of the truck was unwashed.  I asked the attendant and he said he turned the blower off because the small amount of vegetation which had fallen from my pecan tree into the truck bed would clog his drain.  He also said the machinery would not clean the top of the truck because it had been dirty too long.  After looking around for the camera, I said, “Okay, then refund my $9.00.”  He refused saying they did their job.  The poor job is one thing, but the blatant refusal to refund my money or even to address the issue is a reflection of poor management or attitude by the franchise owner.  If you, as a consumer, are thorough enough to read opinions , I owe it to you to recap my experience.
Go somewhere else.  The convenience is not worth it

I paid for the $18 super wash thinking that I would get extra. I truly don't feel like it was anything special. But glad that I still washed it. I could have paid for the $12 wash and been fine.

I've been coming here for about a year now, just every few weeks when my car needs a wash. Tonight I went by after work and needed my car washed, my car is in the shop so I am in my brother's vehicle and it was DIRTY, I mean realllyyy DIRTY!! Dee and the other gentleman (I didn't have a chance to get his name) that were working were both so nice! That scrub the car with the brushes really well so it would come clean in the car wash and when I came out it was sparkling clean! Thank you guys so much! Y'all are awesome! I know sometimes when it's busy you don't always have the time to pay that much attention to everyone's vehicle but I greatly appreciated your kindness tonight and my brother better appreciate his clean car! I will definitely keep coming back!

Pro: convenient. the attendants wash your car more than some other locations.
Cons: poor suction in vaccums. mat cleaner doesn't work well. they don't offer supplies to clean windows or wipe down car interior.

If the hours are 10:17am thru 6 pm that is what needs to be posted on the internet, not 10am til 6pm.
