I had a unique project for my work vehicle that required a custom rack on top. After explaining what would be carried on top and supplying them with one of the posts, they were able to design an incredible rack at a reasonable price. We have been using it now for over a year and have been VERY pleased with the result.

 Don't get me wrong they are nice people but I took a bearing in to get pressed on a shaft because I don't have a press and I figured they could do it real quick. It took the guy the better part of the morning to do it only after marring the bearing and shaft. Midway through trying to get the bearing on the shaft, the guy tried telling me it was not the right one for the shaft and too small. I knew for a fact it was the right one and after the guy cleaned up the shaft and bearing it pressed right on. I'm not sure what causing the trouble in the first place but I would have to guess that it has something to do with little attention to detail and poor prep work to make sure the mating surfaces were clean. Then they charged me $80.
