I am very very impressed with Bob Paffumi and his approach in business ...I am not a customer but another local company that uses the same style equipment that he does, I had called seeking someone who might assist us with some answers on the machines and software. When I called Teri answered and was very empathetic and responsive to my odd request telling me she would see what she could do.  Almost immediately Bob called back and told me he would come over to assist us in any way he can.  These days it is very rare for someone to take time out of their busy day to help someone else without getting anything in return. I will highly recommend his company to anyone seeking his service..
