I have been living here for 3 months now and have been enjoying my new place. We have a dog and are very happy with the community - there is plenty of space to walk and even a dog park. Love the facilities, especially tennis court and pickle ball court. I moved from Dublin Square, which was absolutely terrible under Birge and Held, the community and staff here are MUCH nicer. It is an older apartment complex, but it is quiet and I haven't had any maintenance issues. Another plus side is getting Spectrum cable included and trash services at my door included. I recommend it for the price, community and amenities.
This apartment looks good from the outside but don't let it decisive you. The inside is appealing but disappointing, having everything being of the worst quality possible almost as if the items were made to stop working/break and would come with many problems. This place loves to charge for anything they can get you for. Any small thing or difference they notice will be a charge, even if caused by the low quality of the apartment. Not to mention there is nowhere to walk other than inside the apartment loop, which leaves you feeling like a hopeless animal. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone even if you are casually living.
After sending me information via email and informing me they were open today, I drove 30 minutes thru heavy traffic just to be greeted, rudely, by a heavy set woman who basically pushed me out the door. Apparently, they had an event today that took precedence over prospective tenants and she couldn't be bothered to answer any questions. I wasn't there for a tour; I had taken the virtual tour online. I had wanted to fill out an application. Thank you for saving both my time and the $300.
Over priced apartments, and the maintenance on this property is absolutely awful. They dont fix anything. Save your money and live somewhere else.
My best friend and I have been happy tenants at Bent Tree Apartments since 2018 and look forward to many more years in this complex. The location, just off Sawmill, is quiet yet convenient. Ashleigh and Rebecca in the office take great care of the residents and make us feel very welcome. They host many fun events during the year like Trunk or Treat, which make it feel like a community. The maintenance folks promptly respond to work orders with very little wait time, and they're always friendly and happy to explain the work they've done. We even have a courtesy officer to handle any minor issues that arise, so Bent Tree is much safer than some of the "luxury" apartment communities in the area. Our neighbors are quiet, friendly, and always willing to chat or lend a hand to help one another out. It's an older building, but very well maintained and up-to-date. And the rent is very reasonable for so many amenities. I have family who pay higher rent for apartments that aren't nearly as sturdy or well-maintained. In addition, the complex is accessible and easy to navigate, which is important since my co-tenant and I both live with disability. We've had to make numerous requests including a designated handicap parking space in front of our building and installation of shower bars, and Ashleigh is always happy to honor accommodation requests with a smile and a kind word. This is so important as we've lived in other complexes that have made us feel like a burden rather than part of the community. Overall, we've been happy, and feel fortunate to have fallen into such a lovely living arrangement.
The community is very friendly. Off behind the main strip in Piqua so it’s easy to get to anything I need but still a quiet setting. The property manager is amazing!!! She is super kind and funny as all get out!!! She’s the main reason we decided to join the bent tree community!
I lived here for about two years. The front office was always excellent and extremely friendly. Maintenance was on point and always took care of issues right away. Neighbors were friendly, polite and quiet. The location is excellent near shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself was a great value and very well-kept. I was happy with the space and layout. Felt very comfortable even with my 70 pound dog in a two bedroom apartment. Never had any issues that I can remember. If you're looking for a great value and neighborhood feel this is exactly where you want to be.
I love the community, we have been here for 3 years Rebecca and Ashley are very nice and specially the maintenance service is very quick , the only issue is the apartment is old but functional and spacious . We love bent tree and had so many precious memories with it ..
My wife and I have lived in the Bent Tree complex for 2 years, and we've loved it. The management especially Rebecca have been very responsive to us, and maintenance requests get done very quickly. We've had no issues with our apartment besides some minor electrical outlet issues, which again were resolved very quickly. The location in NW Columbus is very safe, very quiet, and is located right next to the shopping areas on Sawmill as well as providing easy access to I-270, SR 161, and SR 315. The amenities are very nice--they just renovated the clubhouse/exercise room, although the rent has risen a bit due to that. However, rent isn't unreasonable for this part of Columbus. I would definitely recommend living here.
Location is the only good thing about this apartment, Apart from that everything else is bad. The buildings are old and would make a lot of noise while you're walking inside. Our neighbours were noisy and even after multiple complainants the management did NOTHING. The AC units were old and would not cool the house even after 2-3 hours. Good thing we leased it for short time, Would not recommend it.
