Glenmuir Luxury Apartments

Going on two years and here's what you will find. Fast response to your work orders, Jessica and her team will always work with you knowing if you have developed a outstanding relationship, the team owns up to any mistake's, the maintenance team are awesome and really cares, the landscape on point, big walking place for your dogs, neighborhood is super nice and police patrols. If there is any community issue, Jessica will inform everyone immediately and very very very quite working class individuals which I love.. They do make sure individuals are well kept . Please come to tour and meet us!

Jessica & Macy are the best of the best. We love living at Glenmuir. They are very prompt with any and all concerns. Maintenance staff has very quick turn around too. Ya they have a waitlist but it’s well worth it. Thank

In May 2022, I relocated my elderly aunt from rural Virginia to Glenmuir, in order to be closer to her remaining family. Maci was wonderful in working with me to make the complexities of this move easy to deal with. Unfortunately, by the end of June my aunt became homesick, realizing that she did not feel comfortable living in the city. Resigning myself to having to break the lease and dealing with the expense of waiting for the unit to be re-leased, Jessica trotted out a Casto policy allowing for early termination with no penalty if initiated within 30 days of move in. I was pleasantly surprised at this generous policy, to say the least. Both Jessica & Maci made the resulting move out and lease termination just as painless as the move in was. I ended up with no penalties of any kind after the move out was completed. I can't say enough about the professionalism shown by these two. Also, kudos to Casto for having such an enlightened policy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glenmuir and Casto to any prospective renter.

We have lived at Glenmuir for close to a year now. The staff and maintenance are great but I am writing this review mainly to thank Morgan for her help. We wouldn't have been at Glenmuir without her and are really glad she's here. Thanks for making living at Glenmuir a great experience to her and all the staff!

I have lived in Glenmuir for over 10 years. It is home for me. The office personnel are wonderful. I have been very thankful for maintenance personnel. Easy access to family, church, 270, grocery choices, and other amentities.

I cannot speak highly enough about this community. We did have a few minor issues upon moving in, however, they were quickly and I mean within the hour addressed and resolved. Maintenance men are so kind, caring, and efficient- and all issues are truly resolved within the 24 hour time period- I've had them come out within an hour or two of receiving the request. Management and staff are SUPERP! They truly do EVERYTHING possible to make Glenmuir your home. They take pride in the community, and it shows. Scott, Jessica, Amy, and Tobi- you are wonderful! I will say, this community is VERY dog friendly, which is a huge plus for us. In addition, most all residents are very friendly and outgoing- you'll always get a wave as you're driving by. The location is also very convenient on sawmill and close to 270. I cannot say enough good things about Glenmuir Apartments.

RUDE OFFICE WORKERS. CASTO PROPERTIES IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES. OVER CHARGING FOR CHEAP CARPET IN ROOMS THAT DONT HAVE DAMAGE!!!. LOTS OF THEFT IN CASTO PROPERTIES RENTALS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, UNSEALED DOORS LEFT LOTS OF BUGS AND COCKROACHES

My review is soley based visiting to look at apartments and the staff. I have not lived here. TL:DR - Staff didn't answer phone in my face, no closet space and old styled outdated apartments. Check it out for yourself. You may or may not like it. I went to visit and I like to call before arriving just to know if its actually open. No one answers the phone after several calls so I decided to drive there since I have time. Upon arrival I can see through the front window that someone is sitting in the office so I decided to call again and no one answers the phone. The young lady doesn't even react to the ringing. I walk in while still calling and I can see the phone ringing with plenty of flashing lights and ask immediately do you answer the phone because I'm calling now and she proceeds to say its not ringing and I say that's because I just hung up. I call again while standing there and boom the phone is on dead silent. That is just not a good look to guest. Huge turnoff, because is some of the staff is like that for visits, it probably is worse for those living. Outside of that and me calling her out, she was polite granted I led the conversation in a manner to prevent further tension. Maybe she had a bad day, who knows but moving on the apartments are clean but the style is very outdated. The 1 bedroom apartment has pretty much slim to none in storage space. The one closet is very narrow in the bedroom. The two bedroom may be bigger but I just dont like the layout since it has a huge unnecessary slanted fireplace/tv stand in the corner of the living room.

I have lived at Glenmuir for almost 3 years. I have always had amazing service. Special shout-out to Jessica in the leasing office. She is always responsive and friendly and goes over and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Maintenance is quick and usually fixes things within 24 hours. I have never had any issues over here, I would highly recommend!

I've lived at Glenmuir since 2015 and I have to say I have been very pleased with the leasing staff and maintenance guys. The girls are so nice to me and my dog Chui and always say hi to us when they see us walking around the community. Dave, the head maintenance guy always waves to us and it's a very friendly and safe place to live. It is reasonably priced for the square footage living space, the grounds are kept up nice and the pool is nice and clean in the summer. If I could change one thing it would be to give the apartments inside an upgrading. They have been hard at work working on the exterior of the apartments but they really do need an upgrade on the insides. But it matters more to me about safety and things being fixed fast with friendly services and Glenmuir has gone above and beyond my expectations ! Especially when my water heater broke, Dave was in there fixing it promptly! I would definitely recommend living at Glenmuir Apartments! -Brielle Chirila
