Must be nice to be one of the people who posted the reviews about quick maintenance replies and nice, helpful people. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I am leaving as soon as I can when my lease is up. I’ve had a cracked window since October. It was broken by the painters who painted the outside of our apartments- which are now hideous colors. I have emailed. I have told management. It is almost 6 months later and it’s still broken. The trash and recycling are constantly overflowing down the sidewalk by the compactor. I have 2 burnt out lightbulbs that I’ve put in requests to be changed. One was noted by MANAGEMENT themselves when they walked through in December. They called to tell me someone would be over to change it. It’s still burnt out. They clearly couldn’t care less. My lease is under the former owners, so apparently I’m not even worth their time. Or they’re paying new residents for reviews. Those of us who lived here before are fleeing in droves. Can’t wait to move to my new lace who have already been more helpful, more considerate and more reassuring than anyone here. It’s a shame. I planned to stay here for a long time but am now having to move again. The Connor group has shown no care or concern for my experience here. And in case they attempt to deny or blame previous management- the pictures are below.
I just moved in and absolutely l9ve it! Sam walked me through everything and was really n8ce and helpful! Whenever I have had questions she has been there to answer. The community is clean and quiet. Very pet friendly! It's a great location and I plan to stay for quite a while!
We lived in this community for three great years. We went through the transition of owners from the Vision Community to the Connor Group. With change it takes time to adjust, there could have been better communication at times but also grace is deserved to the new group as they worked hard to transition the apartment complex. We truthfully had no issues at all here. Our apartment never needed maintenance. Our neighbors were great. The complex is dog friendly. There are some complaints about being stuck with a big bill at the end of your lease and fighting for your security deposit. This made us nervous but we cleaned the apartment and left it just as we moved in to it 3 years prior, without a fuss or fight we received our full deposit back. We were happy to call the District at Linworth our home.
My roommate and I have had a great experience living here. Everyone in the office has been incredible. We had to find a new apartment in a super short amount of time and Sam found us exactly what we wanted and needed in the same day. It was much appreciated that Sam took all of our concerns into consideration to get us what we wanted. The location and amenities of the complex add to everything as well.
I have lived at the District at Linworth since 2018 and have loved my time here. The apartments are QUALITY and truly the best apartment I've ever lived in and I've lived in MANY apartments all over Columbus. You can tell they were built well and taken care of over the years. This was the first place that I was very happy to settle down at and call my home. The amenities are so nice and you rarely get the green space at an apartment complex that you do at the District. I do want to touch upon the transition from Vision management to Connor Group. While I overall do not approve of the Connor Group and their tactics, I really haven't had any negative experiences with the District's leasing staff. Any transition is going to have bumps and there were definitely bumps in the road when they took over. It didn't help that there were people who weren't even going to give them a chance. But, my personal experience since Connor Group took over: I've had quick maintenance and pleasant communications with the office staff specifically Sam, she has been so kind and helpful. Rent at renewal went up, but that is not unexpected in this market. They added trash and internet through them which wasn't required through Vision but still not out of the norm. Overall, a good place to live!
I’ve been living in the community now for about 2 months and have been entirely satisfied. The property is always well maintained and quiet. It truly is “luxurious” as the sign says. The leasing agents are all extremely helpful in assisting residents in a timely manner and addressing any concerns. Joe and Ty specifically, but all have gone above and beyond to ensure my stay here has been amazing. Would highly recommend this community to anyone! Thanks team!
The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been a resident for a year and they are always prompt with repairs and do an excellent job. Recently they had work that needed done and Hannah did a beautiful job with the follow up repairs needed, she was so sweet and great with my dog. We are lucky to have a great maintenance team!
We recently rented a 3 BR and thus far we have had a great experience at District of Linworth. Sam has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire rental process. She is always happy to answer my questions, pleasant, and professional. She even followed up multiple times to make sure maintenance took care of some small issues we observed at move in. The apartment complex is very pet friendly, and we have had no parking problems thus far at all. Very close to Sawmill Road/Dublin for shopping and an easy drive to highway 315 to get to the OSU Medical Center. The apartment complex is pretty quiet, we have had no noise issues. Nice granite countertops. Overall, we are happy to have found District at Linworth, and working with Sam has been a big part of that:
Courtney and Joe have been incredibly helpful in my six months here at Districts of Linworth. All questions and concerns I have are answered in a timely manner. The gym and pool are always clean, and the apartment was very clean when I moved in. Communication between residents and the office are timely and clear. Really love living here!
This is a great place to live! Great people, dog friendly, and their maintenance department is top notch. Hannah fixed a couple drywall spots after sprinkler work and was quick, efficient, and it matches perfectly. Hannah is always responsive with our requests. Hannah and Jeremy have a large complex to maintain but are a great team that does great work.
