Bermuda Limousine Services

This company is so unreliable. We took it for a work event, and our driver was rude, and took WAY too long to get to our destination. Four hours to get to Ottawa from Kingston to be exact. THEN we get back and get billed and they took it upon themselves to add a tip we did not authorize (a couple hundred bucks) because it was the worst human interaction we had ever had. The driver refused to use a GPS and gave us the run around even when we offered to put the address in. Quite frankly if ZERO stars was an option, or better yet -3, I would have chosen that. Then for a cherry on top, it’s taken since November to get this resolved. Our entire company knows to never use this service again. I advise you learn some customer service skills and how to interact with people that are your customers. The driver was rude and literally had a full on argument with my boss about the destination. So innappropriate.

Absolutely Awesome Service! This was the ONLY company that would pick up Elmer my Basset Hound after spinal surgery in Toronto - there was loads of space to place his bed for a comfy ride back to home to Sunbury ... and Kendall is a great guy as well!

Myself and 3 colleagues had the pleasure to have Bermuda Limousine Services both drop us off and pick us up from a girls away vacation April 2013. I spoke with Kendall(owner) but our driver was Mike for both trips. Excellent, professional service that was a huge bonus...we even asked Mike to make a couple of unexpected stops and he did so happily never asking for extra money other than what was quoted originally. The vehicle was clean and lovely and we were so happy that we decided with this company. Have used other limo companies both in Kingston and abroad and was certainly pleased with Bermuda. We have nothing to say but good reviews for this company and will certainly use them again on our next trip. Many thanks Bermuda

I cannot say enough good things about Bermuda Limo. Five days before my daughter's wedding we discovered the Limo company we had booked for the wedding had gone under. My daughter was so disappointed, since there was absolutely no chance of booking another limo so close to the wedding date. I thought I would give it a try anyway. I called all the other limo companies and although they were sympathetic, all said there was nothing they could do to help. I called Bermuda Limo, and Kendall immediately said he would see what he could do. Even though we had to work around another pickup, my daughter had her limo for the most important day of her life. We got a bit of an upgrade, from the 6 passenger we had booked with the other company to a 10 passenger from Bermuda, and he only charged me what I would have paid at the other company. His beautiful wife Tammy was their driver, who I understand was very patient and professional. My daughter had a few strange stops for pictures etc, and all was accomplished without any problems. Thank you again Bermuda Limo for ensuring my daughter's special day was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
