Newmarket Limousine

2 days ago we used this company for my wedding, it was normal expensive pricing. The limo they sent didnt have working air conditioning!!! So we were boiling in the limo!! The driver dropped off my parents for pictures and then we were all going to get into the limo and go to the hall and he tried to tell us that he was leaving and was gonna come back later even though we hired him to wait for us. Unpleasant experience!

If your looking for a professional service to pick you up on time & return you home later that evening... DONT DO IT!! Called before pick up to find out our driver was running late and wasn't told the correct address. Was told he was on his way & driver assured me he was 10 mins away. 45 minutes later he arrived (he had to get gas & wasn't actually 10 mins away). Limo ride was fine, but we arrived 15 mins late for our sisters wedding reception on the beach (we should have been early as we had left 2 hrs for travel time). When we arrived I was asked to pay full amount for our round trip. I'd never been asked to pay until the service was actually complete. The company was suppose to pick us up later that night (which the driver wasn't even aware of) so i was very worried that I was going to get ripped off & I paid him half the amount as only half of the service was complete. Later into the evening - I received a text message from the company saying they were not picking us up because I didn't pay for the full service. I was so disappointed. What was suppose to be a fun experience for us all ended up turning into a nightmare. How can someone leave a family in Toronto for the night? On top of that, I never received an apology from the driver or company for being late... You would think that they would have been extremely apologetic but instead I was told I didn't leave enough travel time, I booked the day before, I received a discounted price. I guess that means I didn't require professional service?
