Gem Limousine

It was the worst major ice storm I'd ever seen. Our limo arrived on time and our driver assisted us to the car. The limo was clean and well appointed. During the trip all of our guests were relaxed and felt safe. Everywhere around us, cars were spinning out of control and sliding off the road. Andrew, remained calm and took his time. We arrived at our destination on time. If we had to drive, we would have cancelled the evening. Your company saved the night. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone. Our wedding was on May 20, 2017 and we booked the limousine quite late in the planning process but the folks at Gem Limousine could not have been more accommodating. Dean got back to us quickly and we felt so comfortable with him and the arrangements we discussed that we booked right there and then. Our comfort was well founded. Our driver that day was Andy, who was amazing! He made sure the wedding party had everything they needed (including the rings!) and was prompt, courteous and accommodating. We have heard horror stories about other companies and drivers so it was amazing to have this part of the wedding day go so smoothly, with no worries at all. Highly recommended!

We had a charming driver who was knowledgeable and efficient. He picked us up from our hotel in Burlington and took us to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, waiting at each while we spent as long as we wished looking around. He gave us loads of information about the sights as we went along and was very interesting to talk with about all sorts of topics. We would definitely recommend this company and particularly our driver to other people visiting the area.

Good morning, we all just wanted to say thank you for the experience of Gem Limousine Service. The car was awesome! The lights, music, beautiful bar set up and so clean, both inside and out! Jim, our driver was amazing. He smiled while he was waiting for our late stragglers, helped with the step and light for in and out of the vehicle and was most engaging! He even fit in a pit stop for a pee break! lol Most appreciated too. Thank you so much. Jim gave us some details on other events that you provide service for, such as wine tours. We'll definitely remember our experience with Gem! Thank you from us all.

Great communication and customer service. The owner, Dean, made sure all my questions were answered and was flexible when our timetable needed to change. Our driver, Max, was incredibly friendly, punctual and flexible which made our wedding day run smooth and be stress-free. Thank you so much!
