Simcoe Limo Service

We ordered a 29 passenger limo bus with a washroom for a concert that was 2 hours away. When the limo showed up the day of the concert it had no washroom. The driver told me there was none left that had washrooms and he was told to just take that one. I called the owner of the company and he said that no where in our agreement did it state that it was suppose to be a bus with a washroom, I checked the agreement (that they emailed me to sign after all the arrangements were made via email) and he was right it didn't, but when I look back at all previous emails, I had and the owners daughter (Sarah) had stated that yes it was suppose to have a washroom. I then proceeded to ask him in a discount of some sort for sending a bus without a washroom, he laughed and said "absolutely not, all our buses are the same price regardless of washroom or not" he was rude and very unprofessional at this point. As my guests arrived and started loading up the bus we slowly realized that there is absolutely no way we could've fit 29 people on this limo, he had 21 and it was uncomfortable packed, we couldn't have fit one more person if we had tried, so you can imagine what the ride home after a whole day of drinking and concert going was like (very uncomfortable and LONG). Needless to say they false advertise their limos, and yes just because they are the "cheapest limos around" Doesn't mean I would ever recommend this service to anyone, nor would I ever use them again! The only thing that was good about this company was the driver we had, we was awesome.
