Mermaid Limo

Limo was dirty, unknown white sticky substance on the leather seat, used cups and crumbs throughout. They called a few days later accusing me of $500 in damages, after a brief discussion he hung up on me. The driver was great - polite, on time and professional. Despite of the dirty limo I still tipped him $60. However, to call a client a few days later, make reduculous accusations and then hang up on them demonstrates very poor customer service. I will not use or recommend this service to anyone again.

Would strongly advise to avoid this service. Paid for return service upfront for my wedding. We were picked up on time however, we were NOT picked up at the end of the night and they left us stranded in the countryside. They do not have an after hours line you can call, after a certain time it just goes to voicemail so we couldn't even find out if they were on their way. We waited for over an hour before having to call a cab company which cost us over $200 to get us and our wedding party home. The one good thing I can say is they refunded the money but that does not make up for letting us down on our wedding night.

They must not want business as every time I call no one answers the phone.
