Celebrity Limousine

This was the best experience I have ever had with a limo company. Exceptional customer service right from the point of contact with reception, through to our driver (Lucio) on the day of. We booked a limo for a bachelorette party trip to and from Toronto, and the level of professionalism Celebrity Limousine provided helped make everything so seamless. Been using them for 15+ years and have nothing but great things to say about their company. The drivers communicate clearly with your agenda and are more than happy to help with requests that may come up. My wife and I highly recommend Celebrity Limo for any of your transportation needs. Great Job!

I am finally writing my review. We used them for our wedding last October. The driver was late picking me up and my bridesmaids. He didn't assist me in or out of limo and was very rude . My Mom paid for champagne which was in the vehicle on route to the venue but since he was late there was no time to have a glass prior to ceremony. So we expected it to still be in limo for our trip home. It was not!! The driver told me that I could pick up at office next day however, we left for honeymoon and it is not my job to chase a bottle of champagne when it was paid for and should of been there in first place. I called and my Mom also called to leave a voice mail to the owner but he never got back to us so she was never compensated. I would never use them again nor would I recommend! Very rude driver and his attitude clearly shown. If your going to hire people to represent your business I suggest a more courteous and customer service oriented person!

I've used Celebrity Limo multiple times and the drivers are always punctual, friendly and very professional. Will be using them again in the future, have nothing but good things to say about this company.
