We used their limo on our wedding day to get me (the bride) to the ceremony location. The driver was friendly and professional, and helped me figure out how to get into the limo in my big dress! I was impressed that we arrived with lots of extra time, despite heavy traffic on the highway on the way to the ceremony. The driver took alternate routes to ensure we wouldn't be late. The prices were fairly reasonable, especially when compared to what some other limo companies were asking for!

We visited Mermaid Limo at their open house on Sunday. All of the types of limos and buses were available for showing. Being able to look at the interior allowed us to make our decision. The salesperson (Sam) was very welcoming and informative. The prices were very reasonable because it was the open house day. I have had their service in the past and our driver was punctual and accommodating. We just booked the party bus for a wedding and expect the service to be exceptional.
