Great Experience, Will Use Them Again! Booking was really easy through their website. I made a mistake when I was filling out the online form and someone on their end caught it and called me to double-check. I really appreciated that! Our SUV came right on time to pick us up from our apartment and got us to Pearson at a timely manner. The driver was polite, helped with our luggage and took the best and fastest route to get there. While we were in Mexico I realized that our flight time changed and they had no problem changing my booking. When we landed and cleared customs getting home was easy. There's a booth at the airport and once you give them your name they arrange for someone to get you, it did not take long at all! I had a great experience the drivers were professional and polite, the cars were clean and I got to my destinations in a timely manner. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends!

Always great to not having to worry about any aspect in travelling. Airline Limousine does that. Piece of mind in getting to the airport at 07:00.

Excellent service on our recent drive to the airport. Driver was on time as usual. The drive was not easy (dark, blowing snow, highway jammed with slow/stopped traffic and trucks). The driver was an excellent and careful driver.

Although we had a reservation and we called ahead multiple times. They were not punctual and kept saying a driver was coming. After calling again after 20 mins they said the driver was picking up someone downtown Toronto. We were at the airport. They sent a new driver who wasn’t even waiting at the place they told us to wait. 45 mins of waiting in total when we had a reservation. Driver made a comment that we should have been more proactive. Funny.

I booked them after getting reference from my friend, once i reach prearranged desk the person in front of me summoned my limo, waitedfor more than 10 minutes, the person again paged, after calling the limo office they lied that they never got the call from prearranged desk.
