This company is amazing! They saved us huge two days before our wedding, when our first option fell through!They honoured the price we were paying with our other company and were very flexible and accommodating given our timeline. Mark was friendly, understanding and very personable! Our driver Gary was superb, helping us with everything we needed day of!!! I would book them again in a heartbeat!

We had a superb experience using A Universal Limousine for our September wedding. Gord was our driver for the day, and he was an absolute delight to work with and have by our side for such an important day! My dress was very full with many layers, and Gord was a gem with helping me in and out of the limo with ease. He was so kind, considerate, funny and professional, and we cannot thank him enough for being so amazing! Thank you to Gord and A Universal - we are so pleased!

A Universal was fantastic for our wedding. Our limo driver Gary went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. He even kept my jacket close during our photos in -20 degree weather.

Recently had a wedding on June 3/17 and our driver was Jake (apparently has over 20 years experience). Do NOT book with the company unless you want to have to direct the driver where to go. Jake has absolutely no familiarity with London (despite his apparent experience) and uses his GPS which had led him astray a few times leading us to being late and having to tell him where to go. The company only listens to their drivers side of the story and makes little effort to reconcile the situation, despite the drivers story being mainly erroneous with his details. Book with a more reputable and respected company to save yourself headaches.
