Spotlight Limousine

We booked this service for a much needed girls & mothers weekend away. With the rate that we were quoted to pay, you'd expect great service for what should've been a memorable day. Instead, we received an old limo that did not have any audio/radio connection (acted as if it worked then said "oh, it doesn't work"), no privacy as the main interior window between the guests and the driver "didn't work" and a rushed, aggressive, condescending driver - who, ironically enough, was the owner of the company; Joe. Joe had us booked for 6 vineyards, but we were told by his office that we could cancel one to fit in lunch somewhere; apparently, this was not the case and Joe was inflexible, argumentative and inconsiderate - at one point, he said "I don't care where you are from... if we can't get a reservation here what makes you think you can get a reservation there" and when I pointed out that he did not have to be rude, he said "I don't care, I'm not being rude". When asked if customer service or his business meant something, he argued that it did but he doesn't care and that he will still charge us for the wineries that we wanted to cancel on. At this point,our tour had obviously been ruined and no one felt comfortable continuing with Joe; especially as he started to yell over us and step towards us in his arguments. We asked him to brings us home, halfway (3rd winery) in, and received no apologies, no remorse, no care. Nonetheless, we made our way to other wineries and continued to have an amazing weekend out in PEC, but I warn you.. do not waste your time, your money, your energy and your weekend on these people. Do your research and you will see; they are a disappointment and a waste.

I hired Joe to Chauffeur my wedding. Couldn't have been happier. Very professional, kind and courteous. When it started at my outdoor ceremony, raining he drove me around to different locations on site so I wouldn't get wet. I would recommend Spotlight Limo to anyone.

booked these guys for a wine tour, $480 for 4 people. the next day our 4th person got sick and unforeseeably went into hospital. we called to ask about a refund or price reduction and we offered a cancellation fee. at first the owner Joe refused and went on a rant about how people scam in the transportation industry?! Later that evening and possible after a few drinks he sent an even longer email both apologizing for being inflexible ans then threatening me not to post anything on social media. We were all appaled. Next day he sent another email asking for a drs note from my friend in the hospital and he would refund $80 of the $480. We sent the Drs note and there was no refund, ever. He's never responded since. Guy is completely unprofessional and his communication was off putting. do NOT book here.

Unprofessional, outdated limo with zero features, not accommodating whatsoever. Overall, unpleasant experience. STAY AWAY!!!

If you are planning a Wine Tour of Prince Edward County, I would highly recommend contacting Spotlight Limousine and request Mary Dawn plan and drive for you. All you need to do is give her an idea of where you would like to go and she will take care of everything!!!!! We had a great day yesterday and we will be definitely doing it again!!! Cheers!!!
