Best Buy

The customer service here is simply incredible I went to pick up a item I had purchased online and the associate their was simply the best she was extremely polite and very helpful and simply made my day i left the store that day with a smile on my face if most retail workers were like her than mostly every retail store would be in great shape. The store was spotless everything nice and neat and associates all over the place helping people and making sure everyone was OK.

Great selection, great staff lots of options for just about anything you're looking for. The staff can direct you to what you're looking for, do research to confirm the product is what you're looking for, and compare it to other products by other manufacturers. They are so good, and they really help you make the right decision. The Best Buy on Broadway stands out to me because they did an in-home installation of a TV on a wall. They answered all my questions they took away all of the packing materials and they complied with my buildings rules and regulations. Everything went just as planned I like going shopping at this location should. It's great to shop there if you need any type of electronics. They do a great job, and they have a great team working for them.

They were extremely helpful! Although they did not have what I wanted they were helpful with how to find it in an alternate thing that I bought that day.

I come in once a month the pay my bill. And then I like to go downstairs and talk to this very cute guy the works the video games sanction.
