Their return policy leaves a lot to be desired. The Manger is young, meaning he hasn't developed the skills to be kind and appreciate the customers who keep his store in business, he doesn't have the skills to effectively communicate the store policy and he is totally self absorbed in the prestige he thinks he has from being a Manager at box store. Had he been the actual one who started the business or bought the business and made it successful then he could honestly own his feelings. However, business owners who have his selfabsorbed attitude don't make it in business.

Everything was real good they forgot to order the antenna adapter my appointment was for 2:45 in the afternoon the installer said it would take an hour and a half to complete I understand running into problems after finally get my vehicle back at 7:45 everything was great except for it's not finished I've got to take it back up there my engine light was not on when I took it in it's on now so I'll let you all decide. The installer done one heck of a job looks really nice the only problem I had it just took too long what's the use of scheduling an appointment

-Step 1: Goto store -Step :2 open Best buy web page -Step 3: compare prices (website almost always cheaper, the store doesn't update their price tags). Also use the website for info the sales people didn't really know about their products. They read from the internet along with you.

I went to buy a hoverboard for my daughter. When we got home we noticed it didn't work right. I went to bring it back they told me there would be a 15% restocking fee to return it even if it doesn't work. My Advice don't buy from them they don't stand behind the product.

No one helped me to look for a prepaid cell phone. The associate just sat in his seat From a visting TexanI will NEVER go back in the Lake Charles. La Best Buy store. I had been in that Best Buy store back in October 2017, same issue's. Don't hide you g adults! Hire earger youth that wants to be manager someday. Sign A go gettum Texan that worked hard job's to help customers want to come back. : ( An F for failure
