Amazing service! Monica was so easy to work with, friendly and helpful. My sofa is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. After sofa shopping for 6 months Conn's had the sofa I wanted at a price I could afford.

Nathaniel and his crew were beyond accommodating, and the service we received there was outstanding. Extra time was given to make our purchases happen. He was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! I’ll be back in the future for other purchase needs!

To Conn's: Everyone in the store was very polite and helpful, and greeted us with a smile. I am very pleased with my bed and pillows. I haven't slept that good in a long time. The delivery service people were very professional and greeted us with a smile and I might add that after doing deliveries all day long, they did not knock you down with a sweaty body odor,. The two gentlemen smelled like they had just stepped out of a shower with very pleasant cologne on. By all means keep these young men, because they take pride in themselves. I would highly recommend this type of bed to my friends at Conn's. Could you please send a copy of my signed paperwork where it shows what type of bed and Mattress and 3 pillows and the mattress cover that I bought and the cost of each item and what my monthly payment note will be and when will it be due and my account number, I would appreciate it. Do not E mail it to me, send my copies thru the mail for me to keep in my record file. It was a pleasure to shop at Conn's. Your staff handled themselves in a very professional manner and they gave you, your space and time to browse thru the store and then returned to see if you needed any assistance. Harry Wiles & Drew Johnson went above and beyond customer service to help us with computers. We came in late before closing. The store closed at 9:30 but they stayed till 10 to help us. Very friendly and knowledgeable concerning computers.
