Best Electric Bike USA

We researched ebikes before we came into the shop so we had one particular model Aventon Aventure that we wanted to test drive. Everyone we spoke with at eBikes USA was very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner, Houshmand, showed us around the shop and gave us a couple different options to test to compare to the Aventures. We ended up buying the Aventures. The check out processes was above and beyond! They helped us find helmets that fit, installed a couple of water bottle holders, and even helped us install a bike rack on our car and showed us how to use it. Yes, we did pay a little more by shopping in store compared to online, but it was 100% worth it for all of the excellent customer service and one-on-one help we received. I highly recommend eBikes USA! We will be back when we need to purchase new ebikes!

The best ebike purchase I have ever made was when I bought my Super73 RX from eBikes USA in Mid July. Since my purchase, I have received nothing but top notch customer service from eBikes USA for accessories from tannus armour tubes, to tune up and even added my aftermarket seat! Take note I ride this ebike 6-7 days a week, and I am 210lb rider.

In a time when good 'service' means that you aren't utterly disappointed, eBikes USA is setting the new bar for excellence. They make the Ritz Carlton need to re-assess their own service scores. I went into the shop intimidated with my first e-bike purchase and they supported me from start-to-finish in a way that I have never experienced. eBikes USA was one of the best dealers I experienced in my six weeks of shopping for an electric bike. Although I did purchase my bike from another dealer it was only because eBikes USA did not carry the brand I decided on. Houshmand the owner was always willing to talk to me on the phone and answered many of my questions.

I highly enjoyed my experience buying my bike through eBikes USA with my Denver rebate voucher. I worked with Sam who was very knowledgable about each of the bikes and we were able to work together to find something I love. I have went on a few rides since then and I am excited to continue riding my eBike. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you go!

My husband purchased a bike from eBikes USA several mos. ago and I wanted the same bike in a smaller size; however, they didn't have it in stock. They suggested I try 7 other bikes they did have in stock but I wasn't totally satisfied. The owner, Houshmond, contacted a competitor who said he had the bike I wanted in his store. I did purchase that bike. During the several mos. wait to get the bike I wanted, I was in touch with eBikes USA often. The entire staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The owner, Houshmond, showed so much integrity by contacting a competitor so I could get the bike that I wanted. I would encourage anyone who wants an ebike to go to eBikes USA at 201 Univ. A truly great store and quite outstanding service from Houshmand and his colleagues. We spent three hours test riding seven bikes and could have ridden more if we wanted. We learned so much helpful e-bike information and were never under any pressure to buy. We did, though, and are beyond pleased with our choices. I'm sure there are other good e-bike stores out there but I really can't imagine any that could be better than ebikesUSA. Five stars and two thumbs up. Brilliant.

Just had a great time and experience in getting my ebike tuned up and front brake repair! They tried hard to do it in a 24 - 48 hour turn around...24 hours it was! I purchased the bike almost a year ago and that was a great time, too! I was reminded I had not brought it back in for a complimentary tune up - so, Thank you for honest service and repair that cost me nothing! Fantastic Shop!

We had a great experience buying an eBike as a birthday gift for my wife. Stopped in on President's day and they were closed for inventory. Houshmand owner and Dusty saw us looking in the window and opened the door, we explained that my wife's birthday was Wednesday and they graciously invited us in even though the store was closed. They helped us select the perfect bike and saddle bags, gave us a complete briefing on how to use, charge and maintain the bike, as well as assisting getting in the truck to take home.
