Best Western Tower West Lodge in Gillette is representative of the excellent motels found throughout the United States and Canada with this familiar name. They offer value priced accommodations without compromise of service and they are continually working to provide even better service. I'll stick with the BW brand as I travel.

Rooms dirty. Fridge didn't work. Grown up kids running through halls through out the night for 2 nights. Tub filthy. Crusty old toothpaste on counter. Stunk. The most expensive hotel I found there with the worst amenities. And didn't even get free breakfast. What a disappointment. The staff was great and very friendly. I wish I would've told the staff about the issues.

Facility is clean. The staff is pleasant. Overall stay is always good.

Very comfortable and affordable. Will always look for a BW when ever we travel.....

This greatest place to stay people are friendly they make you feel like you were at home the beds so comfort the food was so good. It is clean
