Better Business Bureau Charlotte

Posted a review about a business name ERX - energy restoration Xperts with this BBB because they are not paying us for nearly $7,000.00 of invoices that we are going to have to sue or file a property lien on their clients home to maybe get paid. The review was rejected because we are not the client that is getting sued. Not sure the BBB adds much value to help protect local people for bad businesses any more.

There is a reason they only have a 2.5 google review. BBB IS trying to copy Angies List. It used to be if a customer had a false complaint it would be rejected. Now customers that you never did work for can register a complaint. It's sad that the BBB is selling out because they want to be like Angies list.

The staff for the Charlotte Chapter was extremely helpful and responsive when we expressed concerns about our BBB page. Maryanne was professional and understood the urgency we were requesting of her. Thank you for all of your help!

Bull Dog security is not registered with the County Registered of Deeds as a legitimate business nor with the BBB, Do not do business with Bull Dog security > Pablo Menedez (owner)
