Amazing guy, visited within the hour. Checked out the roof, and reported it is a chimney job, and we call a chimney guy. We offered to pay but he declined! Never seen this before.

I have scheduled a total of 3 appointments with Charles. The first appointment he was a no show. I called and he informed me he was in the middle of a job and couldn’t make it. He never called to let me know he couldn’t make it. We rescheduled for the consultation the following day. The following day it rained and he unfortunately had to cancel again. We rescheduled for today at 10:30 am and what do you know, another no show. I called and he has yet to return my phone call. His voicemail is full so I have also been unable to leave him a message. I am surprised by the level of unprofessionalism due to his amazing reviews and ratings. I would have normally not proceeded based on him not showing the first time, but thought I would give him another chance based solely on reviews and ratings. He is obviously too busy for the volume he is receiving, but should work on being more professional and courteous to customers.

Man!...... When you talk about a GREAT Job with a honest owner? The only company that come to mind is Your Local Roofing Company ( Charles). My new roof is awesome and my neighbors on my street that so as well and having their new roofs done. The look of the textured new roof brought so much elegance to our home, that I still have a huge smile on my face when I pull into the driveway and I also take my time to glance at the roof before pulling into the garage. I would recommend this company to everyone! I will have to post some pictures soon.

Total Rip off. Never comes when he says he would come, some how talks you to pay, in my case he took more than 6 weeks to do the work, but still Leak is not fixed and he accuses with profanity, absolutely no professionalism. Got misled by the other reviews that have 5 star, may be made up ones. Beware

I had the same experience as Dreama Rice, multiple no shows after informing me he would be there at specific times. No follow up from him after not showing up. Disappointed since the previous reviews were so good. Will not attempt to use again.
