Amazing customer service. I bought a folding bike here about 4 years ago, and the cassette is worn. The part was discontinued by Shimano. Dave called about 4 places around the globe to source one, and followed up with me two weeks later to give me the status. I was impressed.

Best bike shop I've been to in the tristate area! The owner is very knowledgeable, even of older bikes. He is also so fast! My bike was ready in 30 minutes, while another shop took 6 hours. Pricing is also very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend.
