Rented road bikes from here, and had a great experience. Alan was super patient and helpful over the phone, and the guys in the shop were really nice as well - they lent us some tools for our ride in case we got a flat. Definitely coming back

This shop is a joke!! Went to home depot to buy the same lock they have for cheaper!!! Fully stocked over price items!!! What money are yall really making tho very rude while I was leaving!!

I love that this shop is open till 9 pm. It’s definitely saved me a subway ride home once when I popped both tires at 7 pm. They have a great selection, super clean bathroom! And I’ve personally always been given great bike service. Happy to have this shop here in NYC!

The Latino mechanic working today 6/14 was extremely rude. He did do a good job at putting a new tube in my bike though but decided to not remove a piece of glass that was stuck in my tire. He said it would be $70 for him to look at my bike and tell me what other work I need done. I truly hate that man and wish him the worst in his life.

Visited today to see if they have a bike frame that I was looking for. They didn't have it at the shop but maybe they can order for me. Marc took the time to do the research to help me out. Hopefully they can get the frame for me. Will come back either way just for the good customer service.

What a huge, awesome bike shop in midtown manhattan! I went to see what they could do for my electric scooter. It's not a bike, not their specialty. But they were able to do a mechanical fix on it. Found a solution, charged me fairly considering the task and the short time it took. Just went around the corner to krispy kreme while I waited! They have plenty of room, had other tools to buy there. They said they also provide tools for people to work on their own bikes outside! Very happy to find them! Cool people!

I've positively dealing with the bike shop for about 2 years. My favorite thing about the store is they always provide more than my expectation. The last time, too, they found the issues other than I though during the repair, and fixed perfectly within their initial estimation. Their ideas of repair are brilliant many times. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back even they moved to Midtown from Union Square, and nowhere else. Martin is a wonderful and courteous manager.

Nice, personable staff, quick turnaround time on service, free use of tools and reasonable prices. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Update: Had a problem with the same tire and they took care of it for me on the spot. Very cool of them.

Great collection. Was able to find Fuji track pro at a great price. When every bike shop in the TRi state is making a killing, Where have they disappeared? Owner was very friendly and informative. Phone number is no longer active. Hope they come back as there are no decent bike shop in central midtown.

I am a 12 month a year bike rider in NYC - this bike shop is great! They fixed my brake cable for free when they could have pushed a new one on me . The service is friendly and FAST! I would give them 10 stars if google had em' !
