Sid's Bikes NYC

Sid's has great products and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Probably not the most competitive prices on earth, but it's Chelsea. I appreciate that they're straightforward communicators and that I always know what to expect around repairs.

This used to be my bike shop. The people who used to work here, and Sid in particular, were always helpful and respectful. But now, quite a few of the guys here are plain rude and unhelpful. Tijon in particular has such an attitude problem. Its a shame... Definitely spend your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

stupid website is too confusing; make trying to buy something easier and direct with options.... lost me before i could even find the inventory:/

i came to this Sid's Bikes NYC today to return a pair of water shoes and also to buy a pairs cycling gloves there.

Rude man who works here. You cannot even look at anything without his rude attitude. I want to support small businesses but not if you are going to be rude to me for looking.

I dropped into Sid's unintentionally, and I'm glad that I did. It was a wonderful experience, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgable. No egos. No pushy salespeople.
