I love this restaurant. I have to go here at least once a week. Delicious and fresh. Staff is always friendly. When i order online it's always made correctly. I wish there were more restaurants around the US. I was in Texarkana, Arkansas for 3 months and missed it bad! They never hrard of this place down there. So many people missing out on this awesome food!

The food was good; however, I placed my order online for a 6:40 pick-up. When I arrived at 6:55, my order was not ready, in fact, not even started. I went to the online pickup area only to be ignored for two more minutes, at which time I was informed that I would have to wait in line for them to make my order last. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering online and paying in advance. There wasn't so much as an apology or acknowledgement of a problem from any of the staff.

Good quality food, grear service, & always greeted with a smile. Customer service exceeds my experiences @ the Easton location!!
