Customer service was terrible the manager couldn't even help me with the shoes couldn't tell me nothing it was just pathetic and it was at 6 and there was nobody in there and it was hard as heck to get ahold of anybody to help me out

Lady manager was rude and condescending. She also said that their shoes if you use them every day will only last 3mo and I should know that.I was just trying to exchange a pair of shoes that were falling apart in less then 3 mo.I will never purchase another shoe at Big 5 ever again.
