Bought a treadmill from here. Paid over $500. Has less than 10 hours on it. Went to return it, they wouldnt take it and told us its a manufacturer's problem.

The guy at the gun counter refused to sell me the gun I wanted just because I brought someone with me to help me pick out the right one for me. I have bought guns at this store before with no problems so I was totally unprepared when this guy refused to sell me one. I explained to him that I wanted to get the right gun for me and he was so rude. I left there feeling humiliated with the guy telling me not to come back to his store!! I will never go back in HIS store. I wish I knew who to call to report the way I was treated here. As if it isnt difficult enough to purchase a gun in California already.

Big 5 Rocks! Great deals every time I go in there, excellent customer service and.. and the only place in town you can get "EcoSox"made of Bamboo they're so comfortable and are very durable.

Staff somewhat elusive and many are not well informed for a sporting goods store. Outdoor gear is limited and almost everything is military themed. It is worth driving to the Stockton store instead of this one.
