Big Lots

I enjoyed this store found lots of stuff our family could use for a great price. We are all super picky about pillows in our family and I found everyone in our family one. Which was awesome for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and easy to find and see items.

The employees were incredibly friendly. They worked well together, they were unloading a lot of freight, but they were seamless in helping customers, keeping the lines down. I had a cough and one of the employees even got me some water. The place was clean and organized. Whatever they are doing here they need to keep it up.

The assistant manager is ignorant. He'll tell you one thing over the phone (two different matters I had addressed prior to going in) but talk to a Manager before you go in as once you get to the store he (Joey) denies, more less, any such claims made over the phone without any apology but to only then make it known he's only the assistant manager. I thoroughly understand business, and therefore for one to be in even a slight position of authority they should know enough to at least address beforehand (when I had called) and not make such ignorant promises over and above that which I had asked in the first place. I had clearly stated my case.and he should of had me speak with one in whom was in a position to answer my questions in their entirety instead of telling me BS. It was moving day and not right to waste valuable time, besides. Complete incompetence and to think an assistant manager. Unreal, but hey the day in which we live and many consider it "the norm" and have no, even basic, business sense. I'll never purchase furniture at this store as a result.

I love big lots, they have the best deals and even better sales! They have serta mattresses cheaper than anyone else. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the 3rd party delivery service that they use. Do yourself a favor and find a truck! But that's not big lots fault so 5 stars!

Wife and I purchased a new double recliner love seat from Big Lots and couldn't be more pleased. This is our second furniture purchase from Big Lots and can't complain! Staff was friendly, didn't stalk us as we looked around, and the actual purchase process was quick and painless.
