I’ve always brought my business to Discount Tires for several years but the staff at this store went above and beyond in their service. I brought in my car and my tires were in bad shape, not only did they not get me in right away. They also checked out my warranty and gave me a good deal and as a college student I did not have the money right away but my safety was their top priority. Now my car is safer and outfitted with two brand new tires. They treated the other customers in there with the same courtesy and concern. They even offered coupons to another shop to a fellow customer for a service they needed that they don’t provide Customer safety is their top priority!!!

I was going on long road trip, had bought my tires from out of state Discount Tires. They were quick to pull up my acct and checked all 4 tires with no attempt to upsell me anything. In and out in 20 mins! Highly recommend. Staff was super courteous.

Went in to fix a flat tire (new tire) i had because it had a nail in the tread portion of the tire. They took my car in, then came out and told me my whole tire was completely messed up in the inside, due to “tire dust being there”. (my dad checked the tire i initially had, and noticed grinding marks on the inside of the tire) They told me i would need to buy a new tire. Seems to me that they grinded the inside of the tire to make a sell.
