Without a doubt my new tire shop. Absolutely the best way to buy tires/wheel service etc... Occasionally (more like rarely) I'll come across a company that makes the entire experience as a customer wish every business was modeled the same way. It makes you appreciate them appreciating you as a customer. Without a doubt my new tire shop.

Excellent customer service, complimentary water and coffee, and a lounge with ample seating. They are very accommodating to walk-in customers and usually fit them into their already busy schedule, even if their day is packed. They go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, I had a flat and my car doesn't have a spare tire. They're not obligated to provide a loaner while my tire which is special order is being delivered, but they do. Now only once, but twice! Very competitive pricing and they can get you just about any type of tire you need, even lawn mower tires. When my special order tires didn't arrive on schedule, they gave me a discount on top of the discount i was already given. I recommend getting the extended warranty on your tires. I've had to use it twice now. Once for a screw in the sidewall, and another when a huge pothole punctured my tire. Each tire is normally about $150 each. The extended warranty is about $30 and the replacement tire they gave me was brand new. They'll replace tires with an extended warranty when they have 3/32 inch or more of tread left on them. For those not good with fractions, imagine a pie cut into 32 slices with all but 3 slices eaten. When you're below 3/32 of an inch, is time to replace your tires anyways!

I traveled to Tulsa in early December from Illinois. I had to add air to a tire mid trip. When arriving in Tulsa, I searched for a reliable tire dealer online. Discount Tires reviews were good so I called them. They were pleasant over the phone and said come on by. I drove there and they checked my tire. It had picked up a screw, causing it to leak air. The staff from start to finish was polite and respectful! They repaired my tire at NO COST TO ME! Called it a courtesy repair! Wow! I've never shopped Discount Tires before so it wasn't because I had a receipt or warranty either. I was grateful to find a place to fix my tire so my drive home would be safe and without worry. I recommend Discount Tires in Tulsa Hills.

Stopped there for new tires a month ago and had a mechanical issue with the spare tire hoist so was unable to upgrade that spare to best of four used. Stopped back 4 weeks later and spare was replaced with no issues. Great customer service.

Price is very reasonable. The staff here are knowledgeable and very kind. I wont go anywhere else for tires!
