Overall, our experience was good. Most of the staff who helped us was friendly. The registration and such was quick and easy. However, when we dropped our dog off for his first visit and he was nervous, the two girls who took him back didn't speak to us or our dog which was a bit disconcerting and didn't make us feel great about leaving him. I assume he had an ok stay there and we were told he was able to have group play although we never saw him in pictures posted. He seems healthy and clean, but a but a bit skittish when we picked him up. I would be willing to try them again though.

I picked up my dog at 10 am after a 24hour stay. She peed forever and I thought--they must not have taken her out that morning. Then she pooped more than twice as much as her morning poop and I thought -- she must not have gone out the night before. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionist asked if I wanted her bathed on the second day since she might soil herself. If they are having problems with dogs soiling themselves someone is not doing their job!! I will not give you any more money to torture my dog.

I bring my goldendoodle here for grooming and each time they've done a wonderful job. If anything comes up during an appointment they've called and explained what needed to be done. I'd say the cost of the grooming is fair for the breed and quality delivered.

The staff is friendly. Emailed the day prior and was never contacted back. My pups went in and needed an evaluation in order to play with other dogs. It was something like 25 dollars per pet. So I said ok sure, the reason they go to doggy daycare is for exercise when I'm working out of town. Well, when I came back to pick them up, they said one pup wouldn't be allowed in the group setting regardless of how well she did because she isn't fixed. I find it slightly scammy that they will take my $25 fee to evaluate them, and then say she isn't allowed in a group setting. I'm not sure what I'll do with my dogs today as I have to work and I cannot have my pup locked in a little cage by jerself.
