Love this business! Employees always helpful. Went to the Grand store with my 2 dogs for baths, it was busy, employee called out to Shiloh location. It was available so ran out there. Got to Shiloh & was greeted with top notice service! Appreciate everything! So reasonable in pricing & just great atmosphere! Thank you!

I usually bring my dog here and love the employees I have met. After today I may be looking for a new self serve dog wash. I love animals and was just trying to play/pet with a doodle. she was shy and ran away so I went back to finish washing my doggo an employee/owner of this shy doodle came and asked me to step out to talk to her. she was very rude to me and spoke to me as if I was a child touching fine China in an expensive glass store. if you don't want someone to interact with your dog then dont bring them or put them on a leash ? this dog was free roaming. she informed me her other dog would have bit me. obviously you shouldn't take biting dogs and let them roam around a pet store. I'll be checking out the other store down the street next time after this rude interaction

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their grooming salon is top notch and they always do a great job. Even when I've had to give notes on my dog's haircut, they're always happy to make the adjustments before we leave. Their bakery has a variety of treats and I can always count on their knowledge.

Salon has an amazing & talented staff! They care for your dog as if it is their own!!

Very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and carries a wide variety of pet foods toys for cats and dogs hiking gear for dogs
