Bike World Rocks! I set up a bike rental on line with Bike World in advance of a visit to Paducah, KY. The owner Hutch, his wife, and his entire staff were super help full during the whole process. When I went to pick up the bike it was a nice new Trek road bike complete with a water bottle, tube, and repair kit. Hutch took the time to find out what type of rides I wanted to do and gave me a map with three routes marked out. The routes were clearly marked out on the pavement as I traversed the hills of western KY. Bike World knows how to provide great customer service. I will rent bikes from them on future trips.

Very helpful and Knowledgeable owners and staff. They carry top of the line products and offer top of the line service. Always a successful visit when I leave the shop. Thanks for always going above and beyond.

I called BikeWorld to ask some questions about a bike I was looking to buy. The staff was super nice and really informative. Definitely will be doing business with this place in the near future.

My brother & I were stuck on Tunnel Hill Bike Trail in Southern Illinois @ 8:30am on a Saturday with a flat tire & no tools. I googled Bike Repair Stores Near Me and 7 place showed. I called numerous numbers with very little help & assistance, until I called Bike World & Fitness. The voicemail offered Hutch's cell phone number for emergencies. Hutch promptly called back, informing me, he too, was on a bike ride, far from his store. Rest assured, he said if I showed up at his store @ opening time, there, in deed, would be a helpful, friendly staff to assist us. After driving the 27 miles to Paducah from Southern Illinois, we were greeted by the friendliest & most helpful staff that two helpless bikers would want to see. Within 30 minutes, we were repaired and on our way. I enjoyed the experience so much, I even bought a pair of riding gloves and gave the tech a $5.00 tip for his awesome service. Highly recommend.
