Great experience living in building 525. Resident Manager + Maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt in dealing with issues/requests. Solid location in Ballston with great floor plan layouts.
I had a fantastic experience living at Birchwood aparments in the 525 building. The friendly maintenance staff and wonderful resident manager, Larry, responded to any request or question right away.
This may look like a deal, because they might be desperate to get people to stay in this building. See previous posts on management, all true. This company will do absolutely anything to nickel and dime residents.if you have better options, definitely go for those. If you don't have better options, live with your parents.
