The building management is lethargic and takes months to address issues.
Dittmar staff are professional, efficient and kind. This property is in a great location, 1 block from the newly renovated Ballston mall and near everything pedestrian walkway, bike trails, etc . Very clean with lots of amenities. Large, well maintained apartments selection of apartments with very good prices.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Management for this building is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service and I would strongly advise anyone to not live here. They will try to get every penny out of you and force hidden fees down your throat every chance they get.
The front desk recently expanded its hours. While management during normal business hours is helpful and friendly, the desk clerk at night is rude, slow, and incompetent. He has trouble finding packages you have received, and if you want a parking pass, you should plan on it taking at least 30 minutes this isn't an exaggeration.
