Very smooth move in. Professional staff. Great apartment and location. Highly recommend!

The move-in process was relatively smooth and the apartment was clean and freshly painted. However, we've lived here for 2 weeks and so far our AC has broken and a door has literally fallen off its hinges. Maintenance has responded relatively promptly, but it's not a great first impression.

Please be careful in dealing with this complex. They are very misleading in their policies and unethical in the way they do business.

Fantastic building. Clean, don't hear the neighbors, great layout, and best location in Ballston. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

Best complex I’ve lived in. Very clean, no bugs that I’ve seen, and excellent location. Definite bargain if you turn the sunroom into a bedroom. Everyone who visits comments on how nice it is. I don’t have a car, but my roommates have gotten towed from the building which is the one complaint because parking is completely overpriced

Getting hot water at this place is a gamble. Wanna take a hot bath? Good luck; you're lucky to get ¼th full before it hits lukewarm. Everything else was fine though, clubhouse was nice to use.
