Excellent service and very responsive to your needs. Willing to accommodate you in any way they can. Aaron is an outstanding Assistant Property Manager and should go far in His career. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. One of the nicest places in Ballston area.
I have lived here almost 6 months now and it has been one of the best places I've lived. The units are gorgeous and spacious, the common spaces are always in tip top shape and the staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. Never have a bad thing to say about the building.
I really like staying there, everything was more than perfect. It's the best apartment in Arlington. I recommend this for anyone wants to be safe and comfortable with a friendly leasing office workers. You will really love it and you won't regret it.
I moved amid the craziness of COVID-19, but Megnot was extremely helpful in sending me videos of my desired space and preparing me for a stress-free move. Although the shared spaces are still closed, I love my apartment and its proximity to Harris Teeter and a variety of restaurants in Ballston. 10/10.
Loved 672 flats, Megnot was exceptional! she was very professional and exactly knows what she is doing, She made my tour pleasant & gave all information as needed. Amenities are great, Can't beat the location. Plus the gym is awesome.
