Terrible customer service. I’m really upset this is the only electric company I can have. We had problems with our bank account having fraudulent activity. Our bank account numbers were switched due to this, but our automated payment already came out but had not yet posted. It was returned and we were fined an insufficient funds fee. We tried to pay it a second time and there was miscommunication with the account numbers and it had to be returned again. Numerous calls were made to the company every day asking if the account was paid since the money had not been taken from my bank yet. Every time someone told me yes and I was okay and If it was going to be returned it would have been. It took a week for this to happen. Now I have a letter from this company stating I have to pay in cash FOR A YEAR. due to the returns. Even though I have been a faithful customer for 2.5 years. They don’t care about their customers and problems they have. They are just worried about money and are not understanding. I never once tried to stuff them on my bill and made every effort to try and make sure it was current. They can clearly see by phone logs and my conversations. Pile of crap company.

Its horrible how we are forced to have this company as a electric company. At this point i feel like we all are being ran over by them. Terrible customer service,high billing and alot of uncalled for charges. A customer charge? I'm assuming i'm paying them to be a customer on top of all the other profits. Just a horrible company but at this point cant nobody do anything about it otherwise i would be taking my business elsewhere.

A large tree in our yard was blown over during a storm and severed our power line. Within an hour of our call, BH Energy employees were on our roof, in the rain, in the dark, replacing our line. We had power back after a couple of hours. Thanks for the prompt response and highly competent repairmen.

Horrible customer service, but of course the monopoly that they have in the hills area we are stuck with their outrageous electrical prices and crappy service!

Really rude customer service. Will not help you in any way. Greedy company, because they have a monopoly in power. There should be laws against this.
