We were having low voltage issues, and after trouble shooting decided to give them a call. 30 minutes later they were at my door, discovered there was an error their end, and proceeded to resolve my powers issues. Could not be happier about their response time and efficiency.

Great electric co-op to be a part of! The staff here are super helpful, and there are some great programs available if you are interested in improving energy efficiency!

Once in awhile the bank changes my credit card because of fraud or when they just came out with a new security chip and I'll overlook giving West River Electric my new card info, then I get the nastiest letter from some piece of crap who works for West River Electric informing me that my payment didn't go through. They are very rude, no wonder their transformers get shot when they treat their customers so poorly! Fecal matter has more integrity than their customer rep!
