Absolute bullies. This corporation can't seem to understand that when you're broke, and you can only pay a little or on a certain date that that's all you can do. They use disconnect fees as a means to make money off of people who don't have money to begin with, and then they double the price of power in the cold months so you get absolutely crapped on. Last winter cost me an average of $300 a month for 5 months straight on a 600 sq foot home.
