This place was a gem of a hotel. Wasn't expecting the amount of service and way it felt like a home. Local family owned and has an awesome spa! Also food in the restaurant below was very good! All and all a must stay place. Definitely coming back again one day!

My Father and I were recently in the area for business and looking for a decent place to stay. Found this gem and it exceeded our expectations. Built in the 1880's, the main level is a restaurant with a delicious menu but the rooms on the second floor we're amazing. This is not your typical hotel, this is a locally owned and operated resort. I stayed in room 207 which was huge, comfortable king size bed and walk in shower with dual heads. My father stayed in 210, very similar but had a oversized soaker tub instead of the shower. He loved it and slept great. I would highly recommend Red Rock as it's in the heart of the City, has good views of the bluffs but has the old world charm that makes the experience even better. I spend months on the road working and always enjoy staying somewhere unique and this is by far the best place to stay in Hot Springs.

The room was massive! The shower was awesome with the 2 shower heads! Only negative about the room was the trucks driving by, you could hear them pretty well through the windows. The spa was great! The heated sand room and heated granite floor seemed to melt all my issues away, jumped into the hot tub afterwards then dried off in the sauna. Will be staying there again if I am ever in the area!

Has fine dining experience with excellent menu or a quick lunch option at the bar. Had my 50th birthday dinner in the Buffalo bill room and it was an excellent experience.
