Black Sheep | Burrito and Brews

Neat combination of brew pub and Mexican food place. Food was pretty good. Burrito was smaller than expected and mine was ok (the brisket) but others that tried things like Thai chicken said it was delicious. Beer was really good. 3 stouts was way more than I needed. Those were strong.

First visit. Very pleased. Memorial Day crowd was noisy . They were very busy but got the job done efficiently and quickly. Food was really good and prices reasonable. Parking building directly above the restaurant was a real plus since it was raining. We will return for sure.

Great atmosphere, been to hipster in New Orleans, this is not hipster place. Driver from our hotel recommended another place but menu here sounded great so we went. Drink menu is nice and margaritas were great and creative. Waiter, forget our threesome appetizer, finally brings it out, then 1 min later brings out food. Food wise, we ordered 6 different tacos, everything in tacos was amazing, actual taco was not. Asked manager were the tacos supposed to be cold, they stated tortillas are not heated up. Now I'm from Texas and maybe I don't know tacos but I do and cold tortillas make cold tacos and they break and fall apart...so I ate my tacos with a fork. Again ingredients inside tacos were amazing. Would love to give this place another chance but I think it's a lost hope

Not an ‘authentic Mexican’ place, but one of my favorite places ever. Large selection of craft beers and great food. First timers should get the flock of tacos, this is your choice of any 3 tacos. I recommend the Thai, steak, and pork. The peanut sauce on the Thai is amazing!!!! That’s also why I love the Thai burrito.

The food was pretty good, however it was pretty slow service and we were there in the afternoon when they didn't seem to be busy. My husband got the falafel burrito which was good and I got the flock of tacos. My tacos were lukewarm and would have been much better if they were warm. I think this place has a lot of potential as they have several unique menu options, they just have some small fixes to make!
